We work with you in early planning stages to develop economic measures for a high-quality and sustainable building. Many of the requirements in the context of DGNB certification are process oriented. This means that you can influence the score for your project from the very beginning.
We guide and advise you and your planning team on cost effectiveness and practical building optimization measures while considering the latest technical developments, which we advance with our own surveys and tests.
We monitor the implementation of the measures and their success. This includes material and product testing as well as product declaration and quantification for the lifecycle assessment of the building.
Elements of the integrated planning such as exposure, illumination, climate and comfort simulations or operational concepts for the building are incorporated into the evaluation.
